Anna Kerrane
Director – Legal
Anna is a solicitor with 13 years’ post qualification experience in corporate transactional work. Prior to joining Infinity, Anna was a Senior Associate in the corporate team of a top 35 law firm and recommended in the Legal 500. Her specialisms include mergers and acquisitions, private equity, fund formations and joint ventures, as well as corporate governance.
Anna advised Infinity on a range of transactions before joining the team. Her legal background brings a fresh perspective to the services we offer, working alongside our external advisers.
Anna holds an LLB (Hons) Law from the University of Sheffield.
Outside of work, Anna enjoys keeping active – playing netball, cycling, running and generally chasing her two young sons around.
