Bravo - Investment Realised

Infinity invested in Bravo Lifestyle, a studio apartment and apart-hotel development and management business operating in London.

This corporate investment was made on behalf of a consortium of investors and was led by Infinity partner Sarah Butler.

The purchase and subsequent exit for £76m resulted in a 22.6 per cent equity gain for investors.

Bravo’s assets were in key sought-after locations across the capital – in up-and-coming Shoreditch and in north west London, namely Finchley Road, Hampstead and Kilburn.

The sites were either deemed ripe for development or were fully-let properties.

Investors made a healthy return on their outlay following a phased sale of the portfolio.
