Infinity purchased a 2.1 acre site in Dukinfield, Greater Manchester, for an undisclosed fee. Planning permission has been secured to build 21 houses on the Prospect Road site – two miles south of Ashton-under-Lyne town centre.

Dukinfield is the first residential investment and development project for Infinity. The development proposes a mix of 14 three-bedroom houses and seven, four-bedroom properties. The high quality and modern homes will be built using both innovative and sustainable design and building techniques – an unwavering feature of Infinity-funded projects.
