The first of its kind in the North West, Infinity’s property fund has been established to invest in, and develop where appropriate, commercial and residential projects in urban locations.

The fund has assembled a talented and experienced team with a proven track record of leading innovative and complex mixed-use projects, and a strong commitment to high quality design and sustainability.

The property fund targets £100,000,000 of residential and commercial developments with a value of between £5,000,000 and £25,000,000. It also has the flexibility to enter into joint venture projects.

We are particularly interested in:

• Office and apartment-led regeneration projects in cities and town centres.
• Housing in brownfield suburban areas and town centres.
• Development in market towns and coastal resorts.
• Sale and leaseback situations.
