Infinity completes successful exit of Manchester International Office Centre

Infinity has successfully completed the exit of Manchester International Office Centre (MIOC), following the sale of the office development located near Manchester Airport.

MIOC was acquired in 2011 and has been held within an Infinity-managed fund for more than a decade. Completion of the sale brings both the investment and the fund through to a successful exit.

The transaction demonstrates Infinity’s hands-on experience of managing alternative investment funds throughout their full lifecycle. While MIOC represents a real estate investment, Infinity’s experience spans a much broader range of alternative investment strategies.

Since its formation in 2007, Infinity has created and managed in excess of 30 funds in the alternative investment space, across varying strategies including Private Equity, Real Estate, Private Lending and Debt.

This breadth of experience means Infinity understands that alternative funds are not one-size-fits-all. Different investment strategies bring different structures, objectives and requirements, and Infinity’s approach is tailored accordingly.

As an Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM), Infinity supports funds from concept and initial formation and structuring through to ongoing management, compliance and administration, and ultimately exit.
